• What are the delivery hours for AVOCADO?
  Our delivery hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Delivery hours are subject to store operating hours, including holidays. You can view available delivery times for your store from the store page and shopping cart on AVOCADO app. You can choose to have delivery window during the same day or schedule your delivery up to 6 days in advance.
• Why was I charged delivery fee for order above store minimum?
  Min order size for Free Delivery is $40 for most stores. When your order is shopped some items may not be available and hence your final order size becomes smaller, hence you are charged delivery fee. In order to avoid delivery fee completely, we suggest our users to order little more than $40. So that, even if some items are not available, the fina
• What are the delivery charges below store minimum?
  You don't have to worry about paying a hefty flat fee or add unnecessary items if you are not able to reach store minimum. Delivery fee is calculated on the difference of the order amount and the minimum order amount. Closer the order amount to the store minimum, lower the delivery fee. So if you are just below the store min, you pay only a small fe
• How to track delivery?
  Once your order is shipped, you can track the delivery. Please go to menu >> order and select the order placed. You will see "Track Delivery" link on the order detail page. If you do not see the link, it means the order is not yet shipped.
