  • How do I login?
    There are multiple ways to login. 1. Easiest is to login with your Facebook or Google accounts. Just click on the appropriate button and give the app permission. You are all set. 2. You can also login with an email address  Enter your email  Enter a password  Click login
  • Update my account information
    Open the main menu in the top left hand corner of the app Navigate to the Settings tab Click on the edit profile to update your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.  
  • Reset my password
    To reset your password, go to the app log in page. Enter the email you used to sign up for AVOCADO service. Tap on the "Forget Password" - a popup will appear informing to check email to reset password. Follow instructions in the email to reset the password.

  • My email is already in use
    When creating an AVOCADO account, you may be notified that your email address is already in use.
